Northern Forge Construction is a licensed, owner-operated residential construction and roofing company serving central Minnesota. Our services include but are not limited to:

3. Estimates & Pricing
Northern Forge Construction provides free estimates for prospective projects. All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and are subject to the following conditions:
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions are discovered once work has begun (e.g., hidden water damage, structural issues, or code-required upgrades).
- Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work will be communicated to the homeowner and documented in a written change order before additional work is performed.
- Payment terms, schedules, and accepted methods will be outlined in your project contract.
4. Warranties
Northern Forge Construction stands behind the quality of our work. Warranty coverage includes:
- Workmanship Warranty: We provide a workmanship warranty on all labor performed. Specific warranty duration and terms are outlined in your project contract.
- Manufacturer Warranties: Materials installed by Northern Forge Construction may carry separate manufacturer warranties. We will assist you in registering these warranties and provide relevant documentation upon project completion.
- Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, homeowner modifications, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Minnesota law, Northern Forge Construction and its owner, employees, and subcontractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services, including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Minnesota. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
