- Google Forms: We use Google Forms to collect contact and estimate request information. When you submit a form, your data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
- Instant Estimator Tool (nfc-roofingtool.com): Our online estimator is a tool we built and operate ourselves on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We do not sell, share, or hand off your data to any third-party estimator service. To generate your estimate, the tool queries a small number of mapping and public-records services using only your address or its latitude/longitude coordinates (Google Maps for geocoding and rooftop imagery, Microsoft Open Buildings for building footprints, public county parcel records from MetroGIS in Minnesota and the Wisconsin statewide parcel layer, and the Iowa Environmental Mesonet for historical storm data). These services receive only the address or coordinates being looked up. None of them receive your name, email, or phone number. See the "Online Estimator Tool" section below for details on what we store locally.
- Google Analytics: We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. This service collects anonymous usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook & Instagram): We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. The Pixel collects information such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, your IP address, browser and device details, and a Meta-assigned identifier. This information is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. and processed in accordance with Meta's Privacy Policy. You may control how Meta uses this data by adjusting your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences, or opt out of interest-based advertising via the Digital Advertising Alliance.

Online Estimator Tool (nfc-roofingtool.com)
The instant estimator is operated entirely by Northern Forge Construction. We want you to know exactly what it stores and what it does not.
What is stored every time anyone looks up an address (even without submitting):
- The address you typed and its geocoded canonical form
- The latitude and longitude the system resolved that address to
- A privacy-truncated IP address (the last segment of an IPv4 address is zeroed out, so we can recognize a returning visitor without retaining a precise IP)
- The country your IP resolves to
- A timestamp
No name, email, or phone number is collected at the address-lookup stage.
What is stored only when you submit the estimate request form:
- Your name, email, and phone number
- The full property snapshot (address, coordinates, measured roof area, pitch, story count, complexity)
- The product tiers and options you selected, and the price range presented at submit time
- Identifiers from the email and CRM systems we forward your request to (so we can find your record later)
Where the data lives: All estimator data is stored in Cloudflare's database service on accounts that only Northern Forge Construction owners can access. Submitted leads are also forwarded to our email provider (Resend) for delivery of your estimate, and to our customer management system (JobNimbus) so we can follow up. We do not sell, share, or rent estimator data to any other third party.
Want your data removed? Contact us at [email protected] with the address you looked up or the email you submitted, and we will delete the corresponding records.
Cookies
Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us:
